Books don’t fall behind in months; they fall behind in days. Two minutes, same time every day, keeps the whole machine honest.

  1. Record what landed

    Press ⌥P/Alt+Shift+P for each payment received. Pick the client, the unpaid invoice pre-fills, save. UPI, cash, cheque: thirty seconds each.

  2. Capture what you spent

    Snap the receipt. Scan-to-add prefills the expense and never invents a number it can’t read.

  3. Glance at the dashboard

    Cash position, outstanding, today’s dues. If something looks wrong, it was wrong today, not three weeks ago.
